PerfecOnline purchases made through can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after the delivery date. If you need to return the product to replace the product and meet our return policy, you can follow the simple return steps given by us.

SECTION 1 - Requirements to be met for returns

1. The return needs to be initiated within 30 days after the courier confirms the delivery of the product. If you are outside of this short period, unfortunately, we will not accept your return application.

2. All returned/exchanged products must be returned undamaged, undamaged, and unwashed, and all original labels are affixed to the original packaging. Otherwise, the buyer will bear all the expenses incurred and no refund will be given.

SECTION 2 - Return/Exchange Process

Please note that the return shipping costs that are not caused by the quality of the product will be borne by the customer. SECTION 3 - cancel the order

If you cancel the order within 24 hours after the purchase, we will refund you the original payment method in full. Once you decide to cancel the order, you should submit a help ticket from "Contact Us". For orders that are canceled 24 hours after the purchase but have not been shipped, we will provide a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will process the refund within one week after receiving your return package. FYI: If your original payment method is a credit card, it will take longer (may take 1-2 weeks, depending on the payment channel you choose) to process the bank's refund. If the order has been shipped, we will not accept cancellation requests.

Emphasize the statement: If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the freight. The specific cost should be calculated according to the courier company you choose. If due to our reasons, the received goods are damaged or incorrect, and for this reason, consumers do not need to bear the freight.
